We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms of Service. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to display accurate colors and details, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

2. Product Information & Order Acceptance

All products listed on ArratSwell are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are correct at the time of publication. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or oversight, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment processed.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. In the case of a cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method without undue delay.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArratSwell, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our website or services; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) any statement or conduct of any third party on our platform; or (d) any products purchased or obtained through our website.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your purchase of any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of this site for the sole purpose of shopping for personal, non-commercial use. 5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ArratSwell. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to items returned without a valid reason. Perishable goods, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refund. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArratSwell is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
